Enrolment Stages

Please log in to our enrolment software using the username and password we have sent to you via email. We will send you the link to enrol w/c 19 August, so please make sure you look out for this.

Stage 1 - Uploading a Photo

You will be asked to upload a recent photo that shows your head and shoulders only. This will be used on your ID card, so please ensure the image is clear, following the on-screen instructions. If you have already uploaded a photo, you do not need to repeat this stage.

Stage 2 - Exam Results

This is where you will add all the qualifications you have achieved, including those taken in previous years. You will also be asked to enter your UCI, ULN, and previous exam centre number. These can be found on your results slip or certificates. If you do not have access to these numbers, you can leave them blank.

Stage 3 - Documentation

You will be asked to evidence all of your qualifications by uploading a scan, screenshot or photo of your certificates, results slip or email from your school. These will be used to verify your results, so please ensure they are clear, readable and include your name.

Stage 4 - Course(s)

This is where you will check that you're happy with the course(s) you have applied for. If you've changed your mind, that's absolutely fine. You can select the new ones here.

Stage 5 - Contact

It is really important that we have your correct contact details so we can stay in touch with you throughout your studies. At this stage we will ask you to confirm your phone number and email address, please ensure you do not use your school email address.

Stage 6 - Personal Details

In order for us to process your enrolment, you will be asked to provide some personal details.

Stage 7 - Summary

This is your final chance to change your ID card photo, ensure your exam results have been entered correctly and update your contact details.

Stage 8 - Interview

Based on your previous answers, the system will calculate whether you need an interview. If you need an interview, you will be asked to book an appointment. Please don't worry if this happens. It's just an informal chat with one of our teachers to check you are on the right course. Most interviews will be conducted over the phone but depending on your course choice you may be asked to visit one of our campuses.

Stage 9 - Finish

Thank you for enrolling at USP College. We will be in contact regularly with the next steps.

Enrolment FAQs

When does enrolment open?

Online enrolment opens from 9am on GCSE Results Day, which is Thursday 22 August 2024.

What is enrolment?

Enrolment is when you officially secure your place at the College. You will be asked to complete a variety of steps that confirm your previous exam results and decide the course you want to study. Find out more about the stages involved on our enrolment page

I've changed my mind about my course

If you have changed your mind about what you would like to study, please continue with your enrolment. At stage 5 you will have the option to change your course, and book an appointment with a teacher to discuss this.

My grades aren't what I was expecting

Whether your grades are better, or worse than expected please continue with our online enrolment. Our system will calculate your grades, and will ask you to book an appointment with a teacher if they are too high or too low.

You can also change your option yourself at stage 5.

All course entry requirements can be found on each individual course page.

I haven't applied, do you have spaces?

Firstly, please apply online for the course you would like to study. You will then be sent an invitation to enrol, at this point we will be able to advise you if we have spaces on your preferred course.

Our spaces are allocated on a first come, first serve basis, so we recommend booking an interview at the nearest opportunity.

Some of our courses do fill up, if the course is full we will try and find a suitable alternative and will also add you to a course waiting list.

Do I have to come on campus?

Our enrolment is a fully online system, however, some students, such as our T-Level students may be asked to attend an on-site discussion/interview.

How do I log in to enrol?

All applicants will receive a link to our online enrolment software, please follow this link and enter your login details, which have also been sent directly to the applicant. (Don't forget to check your junk mail).
