Add value to your business and develop new talent.

Are you going to say no to adding value to your business? Then why not hire an apprentice?

An Apprenticeship allows you to develop and train a young person to fit around your business model, improve staff morale and introduce a new and fresh approach all at a small price.

Our Apprenticeships are very flexible with the majority of our programmes being on a roll-on roll-off contract so there is never a bad time to consider growing your business.

As an employer hiring an apprentice you are required to provide on the job training to ensure the apprentice learns the skills needed to succeed in the role, whilst we provide theoretical training through the classroom one day per week.

We liaise with you to tailor the training plan to meet your business needs which includes choosing specific units and additional qualifications based on the role of the apprentice and their progress on the job.

USP College has recently teamed up with ITEC Learning Technologies in Basildon to provide you with the highest-quality education as possible. ITEC has been running Apprenticeships for over 35 years and has an outstanding pass rate making you feel assured that you are getting good candidates to fill your position.

The apprenticeships we are able to deliver are:

  • Accounting (AAT)
  • Business Administration
  • Early Years Educator
  • Teaching Assistant
  • IT Infrastructure
  • Network Engineer

So, who can you hire?

You can hire anyone over the age of 16 and eligible to work in the UK. All apprentices must meet the minimum entry requirements set by us as well as have a successful interview with you as the employer.

Apprenticeships are not just available for new employees but can also be used to up-skill your current employees.
