Our Apprenticeships are very flexible with the majority of our programmes being on a roll-on roll-off contract so there is never a bad time to consider growing your business.
As an employer hiring an apprentice you are required to provide on the job training to ensure the apprentice learns the skills needed to succeed in the role, whilst we provide theoretical training through the classroom one day per week.
We liaise with you to tailor the training plan to meet your business needs which includes choosing specific units and additional qualifications based on the role of the apprentice and their progress on the job.

So, who can you hire?
You can hire anyone over the age of 16 and eligible to work in the UK. All apprentices must meet the minimum entry requirements set by us as well as have a successful interview with you as the employer.
