Check out our different areas to see how our students can help your organisation.
Our Creative Arts students work with companies to provide services which include branding, film-making, photography and design. They have worked on many briefs including producing promotional videos for a local fitness provider, Carers Choice and The Royal Hotel, as well as working with a film company on a TV commercial.
Focusing on digital design, Orb will handle briefs from external companies looking to work with our students on projects such as web design, mobile apps and game design. Students will be able to gain real work experience and evidence for their portfolios by working with local small and medium businesses to design and maintain websites, set up and manage databases and become trainee IT technicians.
While studying health, care and medical courses and career routes at USP College, students will have the opportunity to become part of Care Ready. This will give our students the opportunity to work closely with you and gain real world experience to enhance their chosen course. Like all of the College Companies, students will have dedicated study space which has been created to mimic working conditions as closely as possible.
Utopia focuses on Research and Development to give students a wide range of skills and business links with an emphasis on research and development in the local area. In their first year, students will take part in work experience based on their area of interest and develop a project based on their Research and Development pathway to form an Extended Project Qualification in their second year at college.
Our Business students work with companies to provide services such as market research, mystery shopping and event management. The company has completed many projects, including working with MORE TH>N Insurance (part of the RSA Group) on a national campaign to coincide with Road Safety Week, market research for Castle Point Borough Council and Essex Police.
