Why do we promote work experience?
Nowadays all employers - from the multinational to small businesses value candidates who have work experience. Whilst qualifications are hugely important, employers also require candidates to have skills and experience necessary for the workplace. Which is why work experience is very important to us because it prepares you for the working world.
