Throughout our CPD Days each sector area builds a programme purely focusing on the world of work. Using our connections with employers, universities and apprenticeship providers each day is diverse and unique. And for you, as a student, that means you get to take part in activities that interest you where you can develop your skills, network with professionals and deepen your understanding of your future career.
Employers visit our students in college or invite them into their offices, factories, warehouses, studios – or wherever else they conduct their business.
It is an opportunity for young people to sample the profession they are striving to build a career within, to meet people who are a few steps ahead of them on the career ladder, and to pick up tips, skills and contacts along the way
