At USP College we ensure all our efforts are focused on the success and wellbeing of our students.
There are a variety of routes your young person can take when leaving school and a variety of levels in which they can study. Below is a brief outline of each of the areas we offer at the college.
Aimed at those who would benefit from learning within a supported environment. We focus on progressing students so they become confident individuals.
For those who wish to study at university or want to go straight into employment, A-Levels are a great way to combine a variety of subjects to broaden their knowledge within these areas. A-Level courses are generally two year courses and are assessed by exams.
Offering a variety of levels from 1 – 3 this is a great way for students to progress through education. With the Level 3 courses being equivalent to A-Levels they are also a good way for students to develop the skills needed to succeed both at university and in the workplace.
These combine hands on training with academic study. Perfect for those who are ready to enter the workplace in a sector of their choice.
It is never too late! With a variety of courses to help you gain new skills our evening courses could help you progress to university or secure your dream job, best of all you could study for FREE.
For those who have achieved a Level 3 qualification or equivalent and want to widen their knowledge within a specific area.
We aim to facilitate this by creating a positive learning environment for our students, who are at the heart of the college, by embedding our values and behaviours in every part of our college.
As a college, we promote open discussion around these three key areas so individuals can find what these mean to them and to demonstrate these within their everyday lives.
We also set classroom expectations for all our students, so they are ready to learn.
Being on time and organised is professional if we all attend on time, we create a productive learning environment.
