Our Palmer’s Campus, based in Grays, is a leading local provider of A-Levels, Professional and Foundation Learning courses.
The campus has a mix of historic and modern buildings and provides our 1,500 students with a great range of facilities, such as our state-of-the-art Immersive Room, allowing a seamless link to our Seevic Campus. Students can also benefit from our large Library Resource Centre (LRC) which makes a great place for students to work independently or in small groups.
All the main features within our Palmer's Campus are accessible, with wider doors built for wheelchair users, lifts that allow access to higher-level floors and support offered by our Study Plus team.
We are proud to have communicators available to students and understand that other's may benefit from additional support whilst studying with us, whether that be in the classroom, helping with university applications or financially.
We have a fantastic range of facilities for every student to enjoy.
You can easily access the campus from the A13. Please use the postcode RM17 5TD on your satnav. We offer free parking but can’t guarantee every student a space.
You’re very welcome to cycle to our Palmer’s Campus. There are covered shelters for locking up your bike.
Ensignbus Company and First Bus both offer affordable travel for students.
We recommend that you contact these companies direct for further information, as routes and prices are subject to change.
The nearest stations are Grays and Tilbury, both on the Fenchurch Street line. Please note that these stations are not within reasonable walking distance of the college and will require further transport.
Discounted student season tickets are available. Register online for a c2c Smartcard at c2c-online.co.uk and follow the instructions to save a third off your rail travel to college.
In order to make getting to college as easy as possible, we offer a subsidised College Bus Service with pick-ups across Essex.
Although the buses can’t fit perfectly around every student’s timetable, they will ensure that you arrive at college before lessons start and get home after the day’s lessons have finished. Routes will run Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday term time only. Services on Fridays will be dependant on when examinations are scheduled for.
