Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital campaigns and optimise student recruitment through digital channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and analysing both online and offline campaigns, maintaining and growing our digital presence through SEO, SEM, and the latest digital trends. This role includes line managing the Marketing & Communications Assistant (Social) position and deputising in the absence of the Head of Marketing & Communications.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Daily management of the College's digital presence, including the management of paid advertising. 
  • Manage the digital and campaign budget, reporting on ROI and impact of campaigns. 
  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy aligned with the recruitment plan.
  • Track conversion rates, monitor effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations using a range of tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Tag Manager.
  • Advise on best digital practise & trends and implement this across Marketing activities.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with third party suppliers 
  • Work closely with our web partners to optimise user experience and search engine rankings for maximum conversions of website visitors. 
  • Implement Marketing automation, including email marketing. 
  • Line management decision-making including objective setting, workload priorities and development needs.

Job requirements

  • Degree in Marketing.
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Experience working in a comparable sector.
  • Full driving license and access to own vehicle.
