Job Details

We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Content Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about developing creative and engaging content using AI, ML, and coding techniques, while contributing to commercial projects that drive impact and engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide regular updates to the Xtend Digital Technical Lead & Digital Commercial Director regarding project progress.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Xtend Digital’s products, services, and target audiences.
  • Utilise a client-centric approach to develop bespoke solutions that address client challenges and objectives.
  • Collaborate with curriculum team leads and industry experts to identify high-impact content opportunities.
  • Explore and implement ML & AI-driven content creation strategies to expand business opportunities.
  • Maintain brand governance to ensure consistency and recognisability in all content creation efforts.
  • Work with key stakeholders to enhance engagement, lead generation, and revenue.
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.
  • Stay ahead of AI/ML trends through research and development to adopt best practices in content creation.
  • Develop and implement AI, ML, and coding-based solutions to streamline workflows and improve engagement.
  • Apply coding best practices to both internal and external projects.
  • Assist in designing and executing AI-powered social media campaigns to boost brand awareness.
  • Support the distribution of marketing materials via AI-enhanced strategies.
  • Assist in preparing, designing, and delivering public relations materials, webinars, and events
  • Engage with partners, vendors, prospects, and clients to meet set KPIs and targets.

The right candidate will have:

Essential:

  • Relevant qualification in development, ML, or AI-related disciplines.
  • Proven experience in content production.
  • Experience using APIs, tools, and platforms for content creation.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, DALL-E, Gemini, Hugging Face, Stable Diffusion, and ElevenLabs.

Desirable:

  • Level 5/6 qualification in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python or C#.
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and best practices.
  • Experience with learning design and content development platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud).
  • Familiarity with web technologies and SSML for text-to-speech enhancement.
